Justin Harold Uhl, 28, of 1270 Shadow Oaks Lane, Slatington, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving as a result of a one-vehicle accident on March 13 at 9:50 p.m. in Slatington.

Police said they responded to an accident at the intersection of Oakhurst Drive and Shadow Oaks Lane and found Uhl to be under the influence of alcohol at the scene.He was taken into custody and transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center where his blood-alcohol level was determined to be .25.
