A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a one-vehicle crash that occurred about 1:17 a.m. on March 13 along Peach Mountain Road, in Norwegian Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Brandon M. Stephens, 24, of Saint Clair, crashed his vehicle at the above location and time.While investigating the crash troopers determined that Stephens was under the influence of alcohol.He was placed under arrest with the DUI charge pending.
