A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 5:38 a.m. on March 11.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Anthony J. Fanelli Jr., 24, of Pottsville, was found asleep behind the wheel of a Jeep Cherokee in the parking lot of the Turkey Hill Market, in Port Carbon.He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI, troopers said.
