A New York state teen was cited for retail theft for an incident at a Schuylkill County business.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Khari Sekou Jackson, 18, of Brooklyn, was cited following an incident a the Sheetz service station located at SR61 in Schuylkill Haven.Troopers said Jackson left the store without paying for a Italian slim ciabatta sandwich valued at $3.99. The incident occurred about noon on Friday, March 16.
