State police at Schuylkill Haven reported a burglary occurred at 512 W. Bacon St., Palo Alto, Schuylkill County.

The incident occurred as a result of unknown criminals smashed the glass on a front door of the home. Once inside the residence a lock box, which contained an undetermined amount of money and personal papers was taken.
