Steven Llewellyn, of 317 Owl Creek Road, Tamaqua, was cited by borough police Officer Thomas Rodgers Wednesday night, March 14, following repeated complaints of barking dogs.

Llewellyn was cited last Wednesday for the same reason, police noted.
