State police at Fern Ridge reported the following arrests made by troopers.

Henry James Winger III, 30, of Brodheadsville, was charged with simple assault following an incident that occurred about 5:01 p.m. on Feb. 25, at HC1, SR209, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.Troopers allege that Winger struck April M. Pronovich, 26, of Stroudsburg, in the face outside the residence causing minor facial injuries to the victim.Winger was arraigned on the charge and released on $5,000 unsecured bail, troopers said.
