State police at Frackville reported a retail theft arrest made in Schuylkill County.

Troopers said about 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 24, they were called to the Kmart store in the Schuylkill Mall, New Castle Township, for a person stopped by store employees for theft.Troopers said Lori Grohol, 30, of Frackville, was observed on surveillance video taking four shirts and placing them into a bag without paying for them. The items were valued at $38.96.She was issued a citation and released.
