Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on two arrests made by officers.
Police said about 11:45 p.m. on Feb. 16 officers made a traffic stop along SR196 at McNamara Lane, in Tobyhanna, for motor vehicle code violations. The driver was identified as John Lomonaco Jr., 47, of Greentown, Pike County.He was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. He was then taken to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, for a blood test.Lomonaco is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI), pending test results, police said.About 8:07 p.m. on Feb. 16 officers responded to 6183 Cherokee Trail, in Pocono Farms, Tobyhanna, for a reported domestic dispute. While investigating the incident officers recovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia within the residence.As a result James Loveless, 48, and Darlene Loveless, 46, of that address, are facing charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
