A Monroe County woman has been cited for a dog law violation.

State police at Fern Ridge said Gladys Campoverde, of Stroudsburg, was cited for confinement of dogs, for an incident that occurred on Jan. 19 about 1:37 p.m. at 2527 Highland Circle, in Jackson Township.She allegedly allowed her dog to leave her property uncontrolled and it scared her next store neighbor, troopers said.
