A driver was seriously injured in a crash early today. State police at Schuylkill Haven said the crash occurred about 2 a.m. in front of 1336 Chestnut St. (SR443), in West Brunswick Township, Schuylkill County.

Troopers said Bryan Noll, 22, no address given, was operating a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt eastbound when, for unknown reasons, he lost control of the car. The vehicle entered the westbound lane and went onto the north berm where it impacted with the base of the embankment.The car then continued east and hit the passenger side of a parked 2005 Pontiac G6. It then continued east and rolled over onto its roof in a field. Noll was ejected from the vehicle and landed in the field, troopers said.Noll was flown to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, with serious injuries to his chest and abdomen, troopers said. The parked vehicle is owned by Stacy Salaki, 33, of Orwigsburg.Damages were disabling to both vehicles. Troopers said the investigation into the crash is continuing.
