A Minersville woman is facing charges in Rush Township after she was discovered walking erratically along Lincoln Drive in Hometown on Feb. 7.

Heather Bernitsky, 32, will be charged with possession of bath salts, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia (needle and spoon). The incident took place at 2:57 a.m.
