State police at Lehighton reported investigating a two-vehicle crash about 2 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 6, along SR209 in Towamensing Township, Carbon County.

Troopers said Hasan A. Letif, 67, of Lehighton, was operating a 1998 Chevrolet Lumina southbound while Adam C. Berger, 19, of Bowmanstown, driving a 2005 Hyundai Elantra, was pulling out of Evergreen Drive.Troopers said Berger failed to yield the right-of-way to Letif causing a collision.No one was injured. Troopers cited Berger for vehicles entering or crossing a highway.
