Shawna Lenker, 18, of Schuylkill Haven, has been arrested by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks for allegedly stealing a jacket at the Schuylkill IU29 school, Norwegian Township.

Police said the incident happened between noon and 1 p.m. Feb. 2 when the accused stole a Hollister hooded-drawstring jacket from a classroom. The jacket was hanging on the wall and police said video surveillance of the theft was observed by staff members who saw Lenker wearing the jacket in the hallway.She has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
