Monroe DUI arrests

Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on the following driving under the influence (DUI) arrests.

On Feb. 2 about 2 a.m. officers observed a Mercedes running a stop sign and veering over the double yellow line at the intersection of Long Pond Road in East Emerald Blvd., in Pocono Summit, Tobyhanna Township.A traffic stop was made and the driver was identified as Kim Christine Burke-Prete, 44, of Long Pond. She was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest. DUI and related charges were filed, police added.On Saturday, Feb. 4, about 2:47 a.m. a traffic stop was conducted along SR115 at Toll Road, in Tunkhannock Township, for vehicle code violations. The driver was identified as Matt Wilcox, 28, of Effort. He was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests.He was placed under arrest for DUI.On Sunday, Feb. 5, about 2:41 a.m. officers responded to Doe Drive in Emerald Lakes, for a report of a domestic incident in a vehicle outside a residence.When police arrived in the area they observed a vehicle on Doe Drive driving on the wrong side of the road. A traffic stop was made at the intersection with Clover Road.The driver was identified as Renee Bradshaw, 25, of Long Pond. She was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. She was then transported to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results, police said.
