Tamaqua police have filed charges against two residents who failed to pay their home heating oil bills. The victim in both cases is the Tirpak Oil Company, Hometown.

Jamie Lynn Fritzinger, 31, of 322 Clarke St., allegedly failed to pay for 200 gallons of home heating oil, valued at $388, delivered to her address on Feb. 2, 2009.Brian K. Brode, 29, of 418 E. Elm St., allegedly failed to pay for 158 gallons of oil delivered to his home on Jan. 9, 2009. The oil was valued at $330.22.Multiple efforts were made to contact the parties in an effort to resolve the non-payment.
