Zachary Nicholls, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nicholls of New Ringgold, has been named to the Director's List at the Universal Technical Institute's Exton Campus.

A 2010 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School, he earned a 3.95 grade point average in specialized classes in the Automotive/Diesel and Industrial Technology Program.Nicholls, the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Fegley of New Ringgold, has been nominated for the Roger Penske Outstanding Student Award and plans to further his education through a MSAT post graduate program for a major automotive manufacturer. He is employed at the Goodyear Tire Center in Thorndale.
