David Horack, 25, of Lansford, has been charged by Summit Hill police with theft and receiving stolen property.

Horack was arraigned before District Judge Casimir Kosciolek and then lodged in the Carbon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $3,500 straight bail.According to police, the incident happened on Jan. 18. Police received a report from 105 Lansford Court that Horack had been staying at that residence during the night. Police allege that while everyone else was asleep, Horack stole some items in the residence.
