Tracy Galada, daughter of Marcy Kudlick, Weatherly, and the late George Galada, has been named Senior of the Month for December at Weatherly Area High School.

Tracy is a member of the varsity soccer, basketball and softball teams, and the high school band and chorus, as well as the Carbon County band and chorus. Tracy has also studied piano for nine years. She is active in Student Forum, Junior Leadership, and the prom committee, and is the recipient of the Frederick Douglass and Susan B. Anthony Award.In the community, Tracy is an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes church where she has volunteered with their annual picnic, and she is a member of the Weatherly Area Summer Volleyball League. She has been employed at Giant supermarket in Hazleton for one and a half years.
