A Schuylkill County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred about 8:35 p.m. on Satuday, Dec. 31.

State police at Frackville said Damon Oliver, 37, of Mahanoy City, has been charged with two counts of harassment for an incident in the area of Second and Ogden sts., in Girardville.Troopers allege that Oliver punched a 14-year-old male in the face and pushed a 15-year-old male against a wall. Both victims are from Girardville, troopers added.
