Ferenchak, both of Pottsville. They were married Oct. 4, 2008.Helen L. Blickley was granted a divorce from John C. Blickley, both of Frackville. They were married Feb. 12, 1977.Kathleen Erin Radecsky, Orwigsburg, was granted a divorce from George T. Radecsky, Northampton. They were married Sept. 6, 1997.Found not guiltyStephen Liszka, 3 S. Kennedy Drive, McAdoo, was found not guilty by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin of violating the borough's International Property Maintenance Code.He had been charged with plumbing system hazards, drinking facilities, no usable heat service, running water, electric wiring, skylight not meeting minimum requirements, means of egress, coal burning stove vent pipe not meeting required clearance, no fire alarm system, interior doors and combustion air.Set bailBail was set at $5,000 unsecured by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin for Jonathan Montavo, 32, formerly of Shenandoah, and he was ordered to live at 25 Ferndale Hill Drive, Zion Grove, and shall not move without notice to the Clerk of Court Office and the District Attorney Office and must immediately apply for a public defender.Montavo was cited by Shenandoah Patrolman Robert Senape, last April 30 with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.Revoke probationJames Andrew Whitman, 22, Lykens, Dauphin County, had his probation revoked by Judge Dolbin and he was re-sentenced to serve six to 23 months in the county prison with credit for serving 43 days. The court ruled he shall be eligible for immediate parole if qualifies. Whitman had pleaded guilty last May to receiving a stolen motorcycle and was placed on probation for 23 months.Pleads guiltyJaclyn Marie Hollywood, 29, Frackville, pleaded guilty to charges of fleeing police in Pottsville and altering the license plate on her vehicle and was sentenced by Judge John E. Domalakes to serve 18 months on probation, pay $50 to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account and $50 a month supervision fee.Matthew John Nickerson, 27, Gilberton, pleaded guilty to three counts of receiving stolen property and was sentenced by Judge Charles M. Miller to serve one to 12 months in the county prison followed by an additional three years on probation. He was charged by Frackville police of theft of video games from private homes. Nickerson also must pay $150 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account, a $50 monthly probation fee and make restitution of $300 to Allen Bagdonvicious, Frackville.
