James, 13, loves his little brother, Tommy, 3. He always wanted a little brother and finally after 10 years, along came Tommy, who loves playing with his older brother, James. They are the Grandest Kids of Ed and Marge Lucas of Nesquehoning and Marie O'Connor of Collegeville and the late Tom Oakes. They are the sons of Edward and Ginny Lucas of Downingtown.
