State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between Dec. 25-29 at a home in Weisenberg Township.

The victim is a 57-year-old male who resides at 3259 Shale Head Road, New Tripoli.Police said someone shot the front door witha pellet gun, causing the glass on it to crack.
