Katelyn P. Schimpf, 22, of Schuylkill Haven, sustained moderate injuries in a one-vehicle crash on Dec. 29 at 12:51 a.m. on Route 61 in East Norweigan Township, Schuylkill County, according to state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks.

Police said she was driving a 2003 Jeep Liberty southbound when the vehicle traveled into the median and struck an impact attenuator with its left front. The vehicle then spun counter-clockwise and rolled onto its right side, coming to rest facing west.Police said the woman will be cited as a result of the crash.The St. Clair EMS ambulance responded and transferred the woman to the Schuylkill Medical Center, Pottsville.
