State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 10 p.m. Dec. 24 and 9 a.m. Dec. 27 in Deer Lake.

The victim is Stan Lechleitner of Orwigsburg.He told police someone used a blunt object to damage a wooden fence at his property at 232 Maple Blvd. in the borough.
