They were married on Feb. 29, 2004.Contractor owes outstanding billAmerican Builders & Contractors Supply Co., Inc., a/k/a ABC Supply Co., Wilkes-Barre, has filed a complaint in confession of judgment against Hinkle Construction Co., Inc., and Stephen Hinkle, individually, 1206 Quakake Road, Weatherly, seeking judgment in its favor in the amount of $11,389.18, plus interest.The plaintiff claims it maintains a retail store at the above location, where the defendant incurred debt to ABC. Subsequently, the parties entered into a settlement agreement whereby Hinkle would meet the obligations of debt in which he defaulted, although the complaint states the defendant failed to cure the default.The complaint says the firm initially owed ABC $32,436.50, but paid $24,000 toward the arrearage. It is seeking the balance, interest, filing fees and attorney's costs.
