State police at the Frackville barracks are investigating the theft of a 2000 Ford F-150 extended cab pickup truck from Girardville.

The incident happened between 10 p.m. Dec. 21 and 6:45 a.m. Dec. 22 at 146 N. Second St. in the borough.The victim, Joseph P. Women, 52, told police someone took the truck while it was parked in the alley between Second and Ogden streets. The vehicle bears the registration plate YXZ7515. It has several bumper stickers on the rear bumper and tailgate.
