Michael Stine under the ARD (Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition) Program, reserved for first offenders charged with non-violent crimes to allow them to work off the charge or charges to clear their names. Wall was placed in the program last June. He now faces trial on charges of theft of a theatre sound system from a home in Mahanoy City.
