Steven D. Beshore, 48, of Dover, Pa., has been arrested by state police at the Fogelsville barracks for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police said the incident happened at about 11:15 a.m. Dec. 20 along Interstate 78 in Upper Macungie Township.Police said Beshore was found sleeping inside his running vehicle.
