Nathaniel A. Shoup, 19, of Shenandoah, has been arrested by state police at the Frackville barracks on a charge of harassment.

The charge stems from an altercation that happened around 5:50 p.m. Dec. 16 at 201 E. Main St., Ringtown.It is alleged he and Joshua M. Edmondson, 30, of Ringtown, became involved in an altercation, during which time the accused struck Edmondson in the head.
