Thirteen area people were among 74 who were arraigned Monday before District Attorney James P. Goodman in the Schuylkill County Courthouse on criminal charges and all entered pleas of not guilty and requested jury trials. They were:

Sillers, 35, of 12 Trenton Street, Delano Township, charged by Trooper Mark Demko with false report to police about a stolen atv which was involved in an accident on Robinson Road, Mahanoy Township last June 19. Smith was also charged by Patrolman George Parnell, Frackville Police, with stalking Karen Reilly last December 31 and two counts of harassment.Angela L. Pleva, 34, Shenandoah, charged by Patrolman Raymond Tonkinson, III, West Mahanoy Township Police, with six counts each of forgery and unauthorized use of credit card of Mary A. Gay and one count each of theft and receiving stolen propety last June, creating credit card debt of $774.75. Pleva was also charged by Detective Dennis Clark, district attorney's office with six counts of unauthorized use of credit card of Walter Blewis, Shenandoah; three counts of thert of $370 in funds from his bank account and three counts of receiving stolen property during the month of June 2010.
