State police at Schuylkill Haven reported the arrest of a Northumberland County man for harassment.

Troopers said on Sunday, Dec. 11, about 4 a.m. at 135 Pike St., in Port Carbon, Brian Michael Moleski, 25, of Mount Carmel, was involved in a physical altercation with another person. During the altercation Chesley Sue Bailey, 23, of Port Carbon, was incidentally struck in the face by Moleski. The person involved in the altercation with Moleski fled the scene.Troopers cited Moleski for striking Bailey.
