State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating a domestic incident that led to one person being cited.

The incident occurred at the home of Michelle and Joseph Marino, both 44, of 1670 Pine Ridge Lane, Effort, Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.Troopers said the couple were involved in an argument which turned physical about 11:30 p.m. on Dec. 6. Joseph allegedly grabbed Michelle by her left arm and pushed her down on a bed causing her to sustain a bruise to the inside of her upper left arm.He was cited for harassment, troopers said.
