Jeremy Stuckey, Stedman Avenue, Lehighton, has been arrested by state police at the Lehighton barracks for driving under the influence of alcohol and other Motor Vehicle Code violations.

The incident happened at 1:52 a.m. Nov. 24. he was stopped on Rt. 443 at the intersection of Mall Road in Mahoning Township.Police said they observed Stuckey driving a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt while it was weaving in and out of its marked lane of traffic. Upon stopping the vehicle, police said Stuckey was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was unable to perform field sobriety tests due to his level of intoxication.In addition to the DUI charge, he was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic and a seat belt violation.
