Kunkel, 387 Archery Club Road, New Ringgold, was granted a divorce from Bernadine M. Kunkel, 857 E. Patterson St., New Ringgold. They were married March 9, 1985.Kenneth A. Hertzog was granted a divorce from and Carolyn M. Hertzog, both of McAdoo. They were married Aug. 30, 2009.Courtney E. Keiter, Kingstown, was granted a divorce from Michael J. Keiter, Tower City. They were married Sept. 23, 2000.Jean Zucal, Minersville, was granted a divorce from Daniel Zucal, Driftwood. They were married March 1, 1980.Michael Peron, Mineresville, was granted a divorce from Annette Peron, Pottsville. They were married Nov, 9, 1974.Victoria L. Koszyk was granted a divorce from John R. Koszyk, both of Shenandoah. They were marreid May 17, 1986.Kayla A. Blankenhorn, Port Carbon, was granted a divorce from Brandon S. Blankenhonr, Schuylkill Haven. They were married June 12, 2010.William J. Cody, Pottsville, was granted a divorce from Angela Cody, Ashland. They wer e married Oct. 27, 2007.Revoke ARDFour defendants were removed from the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program for violating terms fixed by the court. The program is for first offenders to allow them to work off their criminal charge to clear their name. Their cases will now be listed for trial.President Judge Willliam E. Baldwin removed the following:Nicholas D'Angelo, 21, of 334 Pine St., Apt. 2, Tamaqua, was placed in the program on Aug. 19, 2010. He now faces charge of theft from an apartment in the Hegarty Towers and defiant trespass as filed by Tamaqua Patrolman Matthew Bynon.Marrisa Raquel Cook, 19, Pottsville, was placed in the program last March. She now faces trial on charges of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol brought by Pottsville Cpl. Mark O'Toole.Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin revoked the program of the following:Sherry Ann Bashore, 40, Frackville, was placed in the program last March and now faces trial on a charge of DUI filed by Frackville Patrolman Christopher Hand.William Lawrence Quigley, 20, Pottsville, was placed in the program on Nov. 18, 2010. He now faces trial on charges of theft from a motor vehicle, criminal conspiracy and loitering and prowling at night brought by Cpl. OToole.
