A Summit Hill dog owner was cited after police received various complaints about her dog.

According to Summit Hill police, officers had received various complaints about a dog, owned by Margaret Merna, 22, of 49 E. White St., that was barking continuously and jumping into a neighbor's yard. Complaints were also received that the dog's feces in the yard of the residence was also never cleaned up.Merna received three citations for the dog contiually barking; the dog jumping over the fence; and for failing to clean up after the animal in the yard of the residence.
