The Tamaqua Seniors met Nov. 10 at the Tamaqua Community Center with 86 members in attendance. President Jean Machamer conducted the business session.Rose Vallee provided the invocation, entitled "Live Life to the Fullest."Vice President Doris Brobst and secretary Joan Ann Garber provided their reports. Pizza and drinks were served.October and November birthdays will be celebrated at the Dec. 1 meeting. Other December events include the annual Christmas party and installation of officers for 2012.Due to the holidays, there will not be meetings on Nov. 24, Dec. 22 and Dec. 29.The group meets every Thursday, at 1 p.m., at the community center.
