Vehicle rollover in Rush Township

Three people were reportedly injured in a one vehicle accident in Rush Township yesterday. Charles Oliver II, 49, was traveling north on Claremont Avenue at approximately noon, when, for an unknown reason, his Pontiac struck the north bound guide rails. It then traveled across the north and sound bound lanes striking more guide rails before rolling several times, coming to rest on its roof. Berlin and his passengers, Nicole Swanson, 26, and a 3 year old boy were transported to St Lukes Miners Memorial Hospital, Coaldale, in the Mcadoo ambulance. Rush Township Police discovered drug paraphernalia inside the car (crack pipe and heroin needles). Swanson admitted to the paraphernalia being hers. Charges are pending.
