Gary Scott Rex Sr., 44, of Palmerton, will be charged by state police at the Lehighton barracks with driving under the influence of alcohol as a result of a ttraffic stop on Nov. 9 at 10:16 p.m. on the Forest Inn Road in Lower Towamensing Township.

Police said he was observed driving in the area of Fernbrook with no lights on, prompting the stop.
