November 8, 2003 Jake Serfass carries nine times for 119 yards and a touchdown to help Northern Lehigh post a 42-14 victory over Springfield-Montco in a District 11-1 Class AA semifinal contest. Serfass scores on an 18-yard run and also goes over 1,000 yards rushing for the season. Kyle Follweiler adds a pair of touchdown runs, from one and 15 yards away, while Pete Wayda runs for a score and also tosses a 27-yard TD pass to Aaron Bortz. The Bulldogs, coached by Jim Tkach, also receive two sacks on defense from Craig Plotsko.
