Citizens of East Mauch Chunk will vote on the acquiring of Memorial Park at the general election Nov. 5. The voters will be asked if the borough should purchase the real estate at a price not exceeding $11,000. The property is owned by the Memorial Park Association. If purchased, it would be maintained as a public park, playground, and swimming pool.
