The Palmerton Police Department would like to remind citizens of the no-parking areas during this Sunday's Palmerton Halloween Parade.

There will be no parking along the parade route in the 600 and 700 block of Franklin Avenue, and from Seventh Street to Third Street, there will no parking on Delaware Avenue. Vehicles must be removed by 2 p.m. Traffic will be diverted from Third Street to Lehigh Street and exit out at Seventh Street, and vice versa.There will also be no parking on all side streets of the parade route at 2 p.m. from Delaware Avenue to Third Street, Franklin Avenue, from Third Street to Second Street, Second Street to Lafayette Avenue, Lafayette Avenue, from Second Street to Seventh Street, as well as the 800 blocks of Franklin and Lafayette Avenue if necessary.
