Two musical groups have agreed to be a part of this year's Palmerton Halloween Parade to be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16.

The Ceol Mor Pipe and Drum Band of Luzerne County, and the Allentown Hobo Band, will provide a musical presence in the parade thanks to funds raised through the duck race at last month's Palmerton Community Festival.The Ceol Mor Band recently participated in last month's Fireman's Parade, while the Allentown Hobo Band is a feature group that has performed at many local parades.
