At the Monday meeting of the East Penn supervisors' an ordinance was passed for a $5 per capita tax covering everyone 18 and older.

Supervisor Randy Pfeiffer said the Fish and Boat Commission would not let the large companies use the boat launch. If it happens again she is to try and get the name of the specific company.Shelly wanted to know if anything could be done about the neighbor who has built within seven feet of the boundary. Either she or the neighbor would have to have a survey done, said zoning officer Rich Detrich.Joe Ehritz complimented the ag security committee for its work with the seven-year review of participants in the ag security area.
