Two driving under the influence (DUI) arrests were reported by state police at Lehighton.

Troopers said on Sept. 15 about 8:26 p.m. John Davidovich, 55, of Lake Harmony, was stopped along SR903 in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, for speeding and other moving violations. He showed signs of intoxication, troopers said, but refused to submit to a chemical test. He will be charged, troopers added.About 1 a.m. on Sept. 18 troopers stopped Trisha J. Moore, 34, of Kunkletown, along Weir Lake Road at Willow Lane, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for a traffic violation.She was found to be under the influence and was taken to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results.
