Domalakes revoked the Intermediate Punishment Program of Debra Bitzer, 52, Orwigsburg, who had been placed in the special program after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol. She was sentenced to serve six months on probation but it was revoked for breaking the rules. She was re-sentenced, given credit for spending 32 days in the Schuylkill County Prison and released again on probation for six months and must complete Anger Management classes.
