Pocono Mountain Regional police reported an arrest has been made in the theft of a set of aluminum bleachers.

The bleachers were stolen from the ball park off Oak Street in Mt. Pocono. The theft was discovered on Sept. 13. The bleachers were located at a local scap yard and were returned to Mt. Pocono.As a result of the investigation, police arrested Manuel Ferran, 46, of Long Pond, for theft and receiving stolen property. Police said Ferran has confessed to taking the bleachers.
