Fall Story Time will begin next week at the Tamaqua Public Library.

This year's theme is "ABC Fall Story Time Jamboree," featuring books, snacks and crafts, for free, at the library. The sessions are open to children ages 2 through 5.Two sessions will be held weekly - Mondays and Tuesdays - beginning Sept.19 and 20. All sessions will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and will run for eight consecutive weeks.September is Library Card Sign Up Month. All that is needed is a government issued I.D and the librarians will issue a library card granting instant access to all library privileges.The current artist showcase is a collection of sand from beaches around the world. The collecion is the property of Eleanor Swilp Ford and includes red sand from Prince Edward Island, black sand from Tahiti and sand from places such as Australia and California.For further information on any library project, call 570-668-4660.
