They were married Aug. 19, 1968.Found guiltyRobert Barry, 77, Tower City, was found guilty by a jury of two counts of attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with person under 13 years of age, 11 counts each of indecent assault and indecent assault without consent, two counts each of aggravated indecent assault, aggravated indecent assault without consent and three counts each of indecent exposure and corruption of minors.Judge Jacqueline Russell deferred sentence to a later date and ordered Barry submit to an evaluation with the Pennsylvania Sexual Offenders Assessment Board and he is allowed to remain free on bail pending his sentence.Assault convictionRichard J. Ludwig Jr., Ringtown, was found guilty by a jury of charges of simple assault and intimidation of a witness. President Judge William E. Baldwin deferred sentence to a later date and allowed Ludwig to remain free on bail pending his sentence and while out on bail not to have any contact with the victim.Bench warrantStephenie A. Chamberlin, 36, Pottsville, who missed a court hearing, was brought before Judge John E. Domalakes on a bench warrant and after a hearing the court dissolved the bench warrant and reinstated the charges brought against the defendant and ordered she make her residence at 524 Spring Garden Street, Pottsville, and not relocate without court permission. She faces charges making a call to a pharmacy with a false claim to obtain drugs.Revoke probationDavid Wilson, 25, Pine Grove, had his probation revoked by Judge Domalakes for violating conditions set by court and he was resentenced to serve one to 12 months in the county prison and ordered to enroll in a Substance Abuse Treatment Program. Wilson pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and had been placed on probation.Frederick Francis Rabbits III, 29, Orwigsburg, had his probation revoked by Judge Domalakes and was resentenced to serve three to 12 months in the county prison with credit for serving 80 days. The maximum date for his release was extended to June 25, 2012. Rabbits pleaded guilty to defiant trespass on private property in Pottsville and was placed on probation.
