Pocono Mountain Regional Police reported two individuals were arrested on shoplifting charges as a result of an incident at 3:45 p.m. Sept. 5 at the Wal-Mart Store along Route 940 in Mount Pocono.

Charges with retail theft are Angela Wisniewski, 22, of Blakeslee, and Steven Crawbuck, 23, of Pocono Lake.Police said they were initially caught by the representatives of the store's loss prevention department as they tried to leave the store without paying for items that they concealed on their person.
